Biography

Samuel Osei is an insurance professional and lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, working in various capacities. He is an Associate at Ohene Gyan & Associates PRUC. Called to the Ghana Bar in 2023, he is a member in good standing of the Ghana Bar Association. He is a general practising lawyer with interests in Land Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Equity and Succession.

His career includes leadership roles across Sanlam General Insurance Ghana and Allianz Insurance Company Ltd., including Head of Motor & Branch Networks, Area Manager for the Northern Sector, and Branch Manager in Kumasi. At Vanguard Assurance Company Ltd., he led the Business Development Unit as Team Head, served as Assistant Branch Manager in Kumasi, and worked as a Marketing Officer/Underwriter.
