Ohene Gyan & Associates has offices in Kumasi and Accra. Led by Principal and Managing Partner Ohene Amankwah-Gyan Esq., the firm advises clients on legal and corporate matters, represents clients in civil litigation and criminal proceedings, and prepares legal instruments and documents.
Our Principal has served as Managing Partner and Senior Legal Practitioner since 2020. His professional background includes private practice dating from October 2008, corporate advisory work in banking, insurance and company law, and service as Head of Legal at the Ghana Integrated Iron & Steel Development Corporation (GIISDEC) from 2020 to 2025.
With an LL.M in Natural Resources Law from the University of Ghana and experience in board, council and audit committee roles, he brings legal, managerial and institutional perspectives to the matters entrusted to the firm.
