Biography
Ohene Amankwah-Gyan is a private and public interest legal practitioner and the Principal of Ohene Gyan & Associates. He has served as Managing Partner and Senior Legal Practitioner at the firm in Kumasi since 2020. His legal practice includes advising clients, representing them in civil litigation and criminal matters, drafting legal instruments and handling corporate matters in insurance, banking and company law.
His career combines private practice with in-house legal leadership and board-level advisory work. From 2020 to 2025, he served as Head of Legal at the Ghana Integrated Iron & Steel Development Corporation (GIISDEC).
