Biography

Elsie Oppong-Mensah is a Ghanaian lawyer and public-sector administrator with over 10 years’ experience in public administration and three years of legal practice. She currently serves as an Assistant Director at the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly, bringing extensive experience in governance, administration, regulatory compliance and institutional management. She was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2023.

Her areas of legal practice include Family Law, Administrative Law, Land Law, and Equity and Succession. She combines her legal knowledge with practical public-sector experience to provide clear, pragmatic and solution-oriented legal services.
