Biography

Danso Kwaku Koranteng is a legal practitioner with a distinguished multidisciplinary background in law, corporate management, banking and finance, procurement, and logistics. His combination of legal training and extensive corporate-sector experience enables him to approach legal matters with sound commercial judgment, analytical precision, and a practical understanding of business operations and institutional governance.

His areas of practice include Corporate Law, Administrative Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law, with a professional focus on providing strategic legal guidance and practical solutions to corporate, commercial, contractual, and administrative challenges.

He holds an LL.B from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a BL from the Ghana School of Law, Makola. His additional qualifications include an HND in Purchasing and Supply, a BBA in Banking and Finance, an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT), United Kingdom, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He is also pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Danso began his professional career with the Poly Group of Companies, now Mohinani Group, before joining the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) in 2008. Through progressive career advancement, he became Manager, Materials and Transport, in September 2023. His extensive corporate experience strengthens his appreciation of regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, corporate governance, and institutional administration.
